1. Who we are?
On the base of TEXAS 50yesrs production experience of garden machine and 10 years China business experience, we set Moreland in 2009. After 10 years, we had build a very good Moreland factory base. Let me show you.
2. How we build our team
As most of the company, we have 7 departments. Here I'd like to focus on explaining how our QC system running.
From the chart, you can see we have combined our parts supplier into our system, especially in QC. You can see we set QC in 2 directions, outside and inside. The QC outside are normally worked in the supplier factory. In this way, we can control from the material and parts making, which makes most of the parts are qualified before transport to our factory.
At the same time, we also can control parts delivery time.
About the QC inside, we not only set IQC, PQC, OQC, we also set the QE, which guaranteed the products quality. (QE: Follow and analyze the QC dates, such as a parts is not fitted well, find which way to improve)
3. What is our strategy
Here are the strategy of supply and customer.
We combine the parts supplier into our system from developing, QC, production and after sale service warehouse.
For example, the engineer will also think the parts making with supplier when they do the design. Such as economical way, practical way, quality way...
For the customer, we take the following strategy.
Do what the customer need and do a little better than you expected.

We are factory, we do the factory job and you do the market. We are always be your faithful back support and we will not go to the consume market.
